Applying for a Grant
Everything you need to know to submit an application to the Fund for the Performing Arts: from preparation to assessment and decision.
How does a grant application work?
You submit a grant application by completing the application form in full and submitting it before the deadline. Before filling in the form, first consult all accompanying documents, such as the official scheme and the guidelines associated with the specific grant. Almost all grants are applied for through our digital environment Mijn Fonds.
After submission, your application is first checked against the eligibility requirements and then assessed on its content, usually by an advisory committee. The board then decides whether your application will be approved. You will generally receive a decision within thirteen weeks.
How do I create a Mijn Fonds account?
To apply for a grant, you need an account for Mijn Fonds. You can create this account yourself. You first register as an individual. After that, you can link yourself as the contact person for an organisation that is already known in Mijn Fonds. Within two working days at most, you will then be able to submit applications on behalf of that organisation.
