Opens on 1 June: International Travel Grant for Individuals

From 1 June 2026, a new grant scheme will open: the International Travel Grant for Individuals. Through this rolling grant scheme, individual professional performing artists can apply for a contribution towards a short international journey that contributes to their artistic orientation or discipline-related development.

The grant scheme is intended for professional performing artists active in the Dutch performing arts sector, such as actors, dancers, musicians, performers, composers, choreographers and playwrights. Applications may relate to attending a festival, conference, workshop or networking meeting abroad. The scheme is not intended for performances, showcases, promotional activities or retraining.

You can apply for a contribution towards travel and accommodation costs. The maximum contribution is 2,500 euros for journeys within Europe or within the Caribbean part of the Kingdom, and 4,000 euros for journeys outside Europe or outside the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
