On this page, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about applying for grants, using My Fund, and other practical matters.

Applications & My Fund

Below you can read everything you need to know about applications and My Fund.

You submit a grant application by completing the application form in full and submitting it before the deadline. Before filling out the application form, first consult all accompanying documents, such as the official scheme and the guidelines for the specific grant. Almost all grants are submitted through our digital environment: My Fund. After submission, your application is first checked against the eligibility requirements and then assessed on its content, usually by an advisory committee. The board then decides whether your application will be approved. You will generally receive a decision within thirteen weeks.

To apply for a grant, you need an account for My Fund. You can create this account yourself. You first register as an individual. After that, you can link yourself as the contact person for an organisation that is already known in My Fund. Within a maximum of two working days, you can then submit applications on behalf of that organisation.
