Rainy Day Fund
The Rainy Day Fund is a revolving fund from which festival organisations that have incurred a deficit as a result of unforeseen weather conditions can receive a contribution. The scheme is an initiative of former Minister Bussemaker and is administered by the Performing Arts Fund.
