Winston Ricardo Arnon (1984) is a creative producer, choreographer and teacher. With a background as a professional dancer (including stints at Stadttheater Bern and Conny Janssen Danst) and extensive experience in theatre, dance and education, he operates as a connector and creator at the intersection of artistic craftsmanship and social engagement. His choreographic work is characterised by social urgency, physical complexity and interdisciplinary collaborations. He works with, amongst others, Studio52nd, Het Geluid Maastricht, Het Nationale Theater, Sally Dansgezelschap Maastricht and the Dutch National Opera & Ballet. As a creative producer, he acts as a vital link between creators, performers and production.
In addition to his artistic experience, Winston is active as an advisor and board member in the wider cultural sector.
