Floor Oostra has been working in the visual and performing arts for over fifteen years as a project manager, marketing and communications specialist, and cultural producer. She is responsible for the public engagement campaigns and events at the Drents Museum in Assen. Between 2008 and 2020, she was regional coordinator for the national talent development organisation Kunstbende in Drenthe and Groningen. She has worked for various museums in the north, such as the Groninger Museum. At the Kamp Westerbork Memorial Centre and SPOT Groningen, she was involved in organising major events such as commemorations, youth theatre productions, pop concerts and festivals. As a freelancer, she has worked for Eurosonic Noorderslag, amongst others.
