The Performing Arts Fund NL, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in France, and Dark Euphoria are organizing a trip for max five Dutch participants. The conference connects you with international peers and invites you to reflect on the future of live performance and technology.

When: 7-8 July 2025
Where: Avignon, France
Content: keynotes, roundtables, panels, artistic showcases, networking events.
Language: English and French (with translation)
Audience: choreographers, directors, developers, producers, curators, programmers, officials, researchers, distributors etc.

The Performing Arts, Digital Stage professional event organized by Dark Euphoria, Le Grenier à Sel, La Villa Créative and the University of Avignon in partnership with the Festival d’Avignon, is a two-day program featuring keynotes, panels, artistic showcases, and networking events. Around 200 professionals working at the intersection of performing arts and digital arts will attend. This trip offers a unique opportunity to share knowledge, find inspiration, and build new international connections.

We are offering five Dutch professionals the chance to participate in this special edition of the event. This initiative aims to increase the visibility of Dutch performing arts and encourages cross-border collaboration.

Selected participants will receive:

• Hotel accommodation for 3 nights (July 6- July 9, 2025)
  
• Second-class train tickets from the Netherlands to Avignon and back
  
• Access to the full conference program on 7 July and 8 July, 2025
  
• Tickets for related performances
  
• Two networking receptions hosted by Dark Euphoria
  
• A welcome dinner on 6 July
  

Please note: It is possible to extend your stay, but at your own cost and initiative.

We are looking for participants who:

• Work professionally as a choreographer, director, theatre maker, programmer, writer, festival or venue director, producer, etc.
  
• Have at least five years of experience with digital practices in the performing arts
  
• Are based in the Netherlands
  
• Have a good command of English and/or French
  
• Are eager to engage with international developments and collaboration in the field of performance and digitalization
  
• Are available from July 6 to 9, 2025
