Wëreldbänd wint Spirit of the Fringe Award in Edinburgh

De muziektheatergroep Wëreldbänd heeft met de voorstelling SLÄPSTICK op het Edinburgh Fringe Festival een Spirit of the Fringe award gewonnen. Wëreldbänd ontving voor SLÄPSTICK een productiesubsidie van het Fonds Podiumkunsten.
The Fringe is het grootste theaterfestival ter wereld: elk jaar vinden er in de maand augustus ruim 53.000 voorstellingen plaats in de Schotse hoofdstad. Het festival beloont ieder jaar een aantal theatermakers voor hun talent, harde werken en absolute doorzettingsvermogen.
